Would you recommend using numerical Page Numbers also. 01 & L01 or 001 & L001 so all pages stay in order rather than 1, 10, 11...2, 20, 21...etc.
How does the system handle replacing sheets when pages are added to plan sets?

Some reviewers add their comments in paragraph form and either list the pages in the paragraph and do not attach the sheet to the comments, or just say "all applicable sheets". Is it possible to have these reviewers enter their issues individually and attach to the corresponding sheet? That would make it very clear on which sheets need to be resubmitted.

If we are uploading single pages in response to issues, why does re-review open to all reviewers including those who have already approved?

Everyone uses CAD typically. There is an option to print from CAD to PDF with a check box to "Create Bookmarks".
I usually just close it instead of accepting is that ok
Will there be a way to run a report for all the marked up plans? Example like the report we pull for all the comments.
Denise, closed works essentially the same way as Accepted, so it really comes down to your preference. I do think it would be beneficial and less confusing to customers if all reviewers used the same process across the board, but I don't think we've gotten any feedback from customers on that causing confusion.
